You can  talk with the staff at RSI and discuss the programs they have in place,  learn how you can apply and attend classes that will broaden your marketability.  RSI teaches all the basics need for  electrical apprenticeship, HVAC and refrigeration.  A green collar worker can get a decent job - an RSI graduate is trained in several trades.
